In this project we will talk about traditions, religion, young people lifestyle, school life and places from our countries.

Our pupils should: - Understand and produce messages in a common Language - Get aware of our ancestral roots - Get aware of our technical and artistical heritage - Get aware of Europe's variety - Use ICT to collect, select and create information.

Students from different countries of Europe will post materials connected to the way Christmas is celebrated in their countries, towns and homes.

Even though the 2 twinning countries seem to belong to different worlds, we have a lot to share. Maybe the other country isn't as exotic as we first thought?

The schools involved will swap information on a typical day in our respective schools giving our children a window on school in a wider world and allowing them to compare and contrast. It will also encourage new friendships and collaborative work.

Pupils: homes, interests, hobbies, habits, school and studies, culture, country, climate, landscape etc. Adults: school system, administration, curriculum, culture.

The children will explore and investigate what it is like to be a child in the other country, culture and history. The project aims to enrich children’s experiences of the world around them.

Our main idea is to create multimedia web presentation with information about our students, schools, regions, geography, countries, culture, traditions and the other topics. We want to save there information about what we know and what we want to know about the country of the partner schools. The presentation may contain pictures, videos, sounds and texts. The project aims to familiarise students with environmental and cultural aspects of the area surrounding their schools as well as their partners' schools.

Students choose themes and make Powerpoint presentations to the other European countries in English and in their own language.

The project intends to discover monument/s around us through photographs in order to do a geometrical study of the monument.The monuments of the two places will be compared, the pupils will complete the problems and activities for their partners about geometry. The photographs, conclusions and activities wil be published in a web site where children will be able to see and solve the problems of the other pupils.

We know from our experience that mathematics is a boring and difficult subject for most of the pupils. We think, we can show the other side of the maths. We have chosen a part of the geometry-golden section-, and encouraged the pupils to find the relationship between this topic and the real world. Nowadays our pupils are very enthusiastic and they have discovered a lot of interesting relationships, such that architecture, painting, natural world, music, belief and superstition. We would like to show and share our issues, and we hope some other school can join us.

Our pupils will create two presentations. with the first one -about 5 slides- they introduct each other. In the main presentation they'll show the evolution of houses, cities, soil cultivation or fishing. The second option for this presentation is to show a legend or saga from their homeland.

We aim to provide a forum for ourselves and others to explore and exchange information, ideas and resources in the promotion of self-esteem for pupils with severe and profound learning disabilities.

A red balloon flies to the sky leaving the primary school of a village in Ioannia. It is full of the habits, thoughts, games, tradition, etc of the life in this village in Greece.

We want to "discover" the chemistry, physics and the mechanisms of the life! The aim of this project is to help students to understand how sciences improve our lives. Participating ... is a unique opportunity for students to stimulate their scientific and analytical observation.

Studens make simple machines of worthless fabric at home with some help from parents. There will be three students in every team. They have to use at least 4 smiple machines in each project. After making the projects students bring them to school and have to explain how the machines really works. Each school choose the three best machines to show and explain to the other school. In the explanation between schools we will use webcameras. Students share their works.

We are going to compare social conditions of teenagers in two countries. We will compare everything of interest to our students.

In this project we draw students’ attention to the important role of Mathematics in the process of learning about the world and lots of its spheres in which teenagers exist. Mathematics enables students to “exercise their minds” and it is helpful to visualize many life issues and problems making them available for young people. In this project students will use the newest computer and telecommunicative technologies making contact with peers from other country (countries). Thanks to the emotional engagement pupils are given a strong motivation to learn English and they improve their language competences.

In this activity, pupils of each partner school collect data about themselves. They collate it in simple statistic surveys which they then exchange with their partner school and evaluate. In this way, mathematics is applied to the everyday life of pupils, their surroundings and family background, school and enhances a better understanding of each other. And getting to learn about other contries.

The main task of this project is communication, an improvement and exchange of information in English language on theme Today´s pop music.

The purpose of the project is to create a blog called traditionsacrosseurope.wordpress.com where the students and the teachers involved in the project will both communicate and post materials about the traditions that exist in their countries, regions, cities, towns, villages and even homes.

We'll be looking into different traditons in related countries, such as hunting in Norway and "réttir" in Iceland.

The main questions will be: How is it being a teenager in a modern society? Are there differences between countries? What do teenagers today know about their society, i.e. how does it work? What rules and regulations are in the society, law and order, justice, ministry?
